Meet Levina…..

Say “Hello” to Levina…

levinaface

Aren't I CUTE?

She’s Levine’s sister. (Here is Levine’s Story)  She looks so demure and shy, doesn’t she?

It’s all an ACT!

She’s a sassy, spirited, excited little bundle of FUN!

She’s tiny, and mighty, and so stinkin’ sure of herself!

See?

Chubbie: Hey, is this s kitten? It's so small!

Chubbie: Let's give it a tap to see what it does!

Levina: WHO ARE YOU MESSIN WITH! (In a Jerseylicious voice)

Levina: YOU DON'T WANT A PIECE OF ME!

Levina- ::walking away satisfied:: There, I fixed HER. She'll think twice about messin' with me!

She does not hesitate to take on the dogs, or the cats- she loves to play, and to EAT.  She purrs, a lot,and likes to be pet.  Not sure about naps- I have yet to see her sleep.

Levina is going to make someone the most perfect kitten. She’s getting lots of love and socialization with us, to prepare for her forever home.

Do YOU want to love this little girl forever?

She’s about 3-4 weeks old, and  will be available for adoption through the Animal Welfare Society  in about 4 weeks.

If you are interested in adopting Levina you need to fill out a pre adopt form at Animal Welfare Society 8 Dodd Rd New Milford 860 354-1350 If approved your form will be put into her kitten file and you will be notified when she is ready to be adopted. Adoption Fee is $125 for a kitten.  They will have their first kitten shots and will be sent home with spay/neuter certificates to be done at one of the approved vets when they are 4mths old.

Little Levine

August 22, 2011

All of a sudden, it seems not so important to get  Facebook Likes or selling copies of books when we get our hands on  sad or ill fosters that really need help.

We had a call to come and take care of this wee kitten that was abandoned at our local auto parts store.  We took him in, but it was clear he wasn’t going to last long.   We held him and loved him. We named him Levine, because everyone should have a name.

Here’s what Ally had to say about Levine.

Speaking up for those who have no voice.

This is the hardest part of our animal service, The ones that don’t make it.  Remember Peanut?

Something very cool happened  a few days after Levine.  His sister, Levina, was found, and we are now fostering her. She’s a little bit ill, but we’re hopeful she’ll pull through.

LEVINA

Please, please spay or neuter your pets.
